Packing tips

How to make sure your shipment arrives safely — and the driver can take it without delay.

Well packed in four steps

Choose a sturdy box
Ideally a new double-wall box of the right size. Remove old labels and barcodes.

Secure the contents
Wrap each item separately and fill empty space with padding so nothing moves.

Seal it carefully
Tape all openings and edges with wide packing tape — no strings or loose straps outside.

Label it clearly
Write recipient and sender legibly on the largest side and keep the order number to hand.

Fragile itemsMark “fragile” when booking and pad at least 5 cm on every side.
Dangerous & chilled goodsOnly by prior arrangement — please ask us before booking.
Valuable goodsPlease talk to us before booking: statutory liability is limited in amount.
